Get off the hamster wheel
Finally something about food and weight and shame that is real! I was already there with killing myself at the gym and disordered eating, completely over it! After 45 years on the hamster wheel I am off.
Caroline has reinforced in me what I was starting to feel after feeling shame, hurt, disrespect because I had gained 14kg. And that was from my trainer! Live your life, and do what YOU want to do to feel good and be happy.

This book has changed m my life
2 weeks into my fuck it diet and this has already changed my life drastically. Have just ordered the paper version because this is a bible not just for diet but for life. Read this book if you've ever 'failed' a diet!
Inspiring book with a positive message. It's not so much fat positive as it is body and health positive. I follow the author on Instagram too and she really cuts through the BS of the dieting world. If you've been on a thousand diets and are still unhappy with how you look you should give this book a go.

Incredibly life changing!!
What an INCREDIBLE woman! Seriously she speaks so much truth!
I honestly loved her take on how messed up diet culture is and how we can reject it!
I feel so much more equiped to start healing my relationship with food and my body!

Really enjoyed it
My main takeaways would be self acceptance and trust, listening to your body and blocking out societies expectations! I already have a "f*#$ society" mindset so found this book easy to listen too, It may be a bit of a struggle for those who conform to societal expectations though. In saying that, listening to an audio and implementing are 2 different things! Excited and nervous!!!
