Compassionate approach to mental health

As a long term anxiety suffer I liked how this book started out with the basics not skipping over the very important patho physiological of a panic attack. I found him a bit dismissive of other therapies that I find helpful and that I know have helped others, however this book is from his perspective and what cured him. I think it’s
Definitely worth a listen for anyone suffering with anxiety and panic.

Agoraphobia Must Read

It’s not an understatement to say that this book has changed my life. Following the steps in the book I have gone from avoiding so many situations and missing out on life to being well on my way to recovery. It’s hard to take the leap but so worth it!

Great book to learn "how to" recover from anxiety

Drew L teaches how to recover from anxiety step by step. It's simple but not easy, however it is doable by changing our reactions and behaviours. Requires patience and especially a lot of practice but Drew explains how your recovery is in your control. This provides hope and empowerment. We can recover if we do the work.
