A great book for a simple yet deep understanding of nutrition
Jam packed with great information.
Great narrator. Really engaging. Sometimes I felt like I was listening to Darin himself.
The science stuff sometimes goes over my head. I like it but the details of it aren't of that much interest to me - I was into humanities at school rather than sciences - but it doesn't really matter as you still get the gist of what is going on and it's all fascinating. it will be of interest to those who love science I imagine! Looking forward to listening again in chunks so I can absorb all the information and write stuff down.

Life changing
This book is full of extremely valuable insights into our bodies and what we can do to make it thrive to its ultimate potential. I enjoyed all of it, and think Darin is a game changer in this field.
If you care about your health and our planet I definitely recommend this book.

simple but genius

why use the different accents for quotes
really enjoyed this but the voices/accents used for quotes were off-putting and unnecessary. would have given 5 stars if not for this

Invaluable and Motivating
Although the constant high energy tone of voice took a bit of getting used to, it was motivating and in line with the seriousness of the content. So glad you summarised in a To Do List at the end. I have always resisted wearing sunscreen and said one day we'll discover it causes cancer. Not that you are saying that, but it prevents us getting Vit D that protects us from cancer. This respurce has made me feel more confident that I can go from being on a vegan/pescatarian diet to fully vegan.
