Die Hand des Regenten, ein verbitterter alter Mann, würde keinen Augenblick zögern, die Erde zu vernichten, um sich an Rhodan für den Raub seines Flaggschiffs zu rächen. Perry Rhodan bleibt nur eine Möglichkeit: Er wagt sich ein zweites Mal nach Iprasa, zur Welt aus Feuer und Eis. Dort vermutet er den Wächter des Archivs...
