Humanity doing what humanity should

Love this story line of corruption, betrayal, lies, manipulation with eventual redemption.
This is what we are at its basest level. Human

Almost Perfect Score

His aussie accent was pretty crap, but otherwise did good. Book was good too.

a rushed work

The conclusion to the series feels like a rushed work. There are too many plot lines which are run shallow as the ideas are not filled in depth. should have been split into 2 books and allowed to develop at the same rate as the other books.

good read

These stories are fairly short but enjoyable. The writing style sits well with me. It has some similarities to ones I have enjoyed in the past. I get starcraft vibes from the way some of the battles are described, which was fun.

This can almost fill the void left in my library by not having more helmsman series books from Bill Baldwin.

Great series!

I've listened to a lot of sci-fi space operas. This is top 3 easy! Just the sheer scope and size of the world created in this series is enough to draw you in and keep you there for all 9 books. Wish there were more.
