Story
Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki are both concerned. Their concern is that the rich are getting richer, but America is getting poorer. The entitlement mentality is epidemic, creating people who expect their country, employer, or family to take care of them. And like the polar ice caps, the middle class is disappearing. America is becoming a two-class society, and soon you will be either rich or poor. Trump and Kiyosaki want you to be rich.

Story
Many Americans dream of financial freedom, but they're stuck in dead-end jobs and don't know how to get there. You don't need to be one of them. If you invested $35,000 in the stock market today, it could take 52 years for that investment to grow to $1 million. But if you invested that same amount into one single-family $140,000 rental property, it would only take 19 years. With just two rental properties, you could generate $417,000 in profit in just 10 years. Skeptical?

Story
This is an updated version of the book that accurately predicted the global stock market crash of 2008, the bursting of the real estate bubble, and Ben Bernanke's unprecedented overreaction via quantitative easing programs. First published in 2008, the book quickly became a best seller not just for its timely insight into precious metals investment but for its amazingly accurate prediction of a "roller-coaster crash" - the manipulated whipsaw between inflation, deflation, and back again.

Money - investing, personal finance, and business decisions - is typically taught as a math-based field, where data and formulas tell us exactly what to do. But in the real world people don’t make financial decisions on a spreadsheet. They make them at the dinner table, or in a meeting room, where personal history, your own unique view of the world, ego, pride, marketing, and odd incentives are scrambled together. In The Psychology of Money, award-winning author Morgan Housel shares 19 short stories exploring the strange ways people think about money.

Publisher's Summary
Profit from the new rules of the rich!
The rich follow a different set of rules for making and keeping money.
In fact, the rich live in a world most of us know nothing about. They pay less in taxes and set their lives up in such a way that money constantly comes into their pockets. At the same time, they use expenses to their advantage. In other words, it’s the rules of the rich that make them rich.
Rich Dad Secrets to Money, Business, and Investing offers the sessions about money that Robert Kiyosaki, a self-made millionaire, learned from his rich dad … a dad that gave him not money, but only his secrets to acquiring great wealth. In this groundbreaking program, done exclusively for Nightingale-Conant, you’ll learn these priceless secrets.
Instead of working for money, you’ll learn how to make money work hard for you. You’ll discover why you don’t need a high income to become rich—and that all you do need is the type of financial education this program offers. If you’re looking for bold new ideas about money and are ready to make financial changes in your life, this program is just what you’re looking for.

100% Recycled Content
This book has no new content, don't waste your money.
The only two books worth listening too from Robert Kiyosaki are the original Rich Dad Poor Dad & Cashflow Quadrants, every book since then has just been re-hashed content. Very disappointing.
