Story
Motherhood doesn't have to mean losing yourself. Most moms are grateful they make the choice to be a stay-at-home mom (SAHM), but after a couple of years, they may feel like they're losing their mind. The alternative is going back to work, but that doesn't seem right either. Flex Mom is for mothers who want a third model of motherhood, somewhere between stay-at-home mom and working mom. This third way is to be the primary caregiver for their children while deliberately creating a path that fuels their passions - leaving them fulfilled and confident.

Find time for yourself without the guilt!
Do you desperately need a break but struggle with guilt for taking time for yourself?
As a mom, there's an endless list of things you need to do. Taking time for yourself may feel unimportant or even selfish. But you're tired of living in survival mode and desperately need a break.
Imagine:
- Feeling calm and present with your kids
- Taking time for yourself without the guilt
- Easily finding time to do things that make you happy
As a homeschooling mom of three, I know firsthand how overwhelming mom life can be. After the birth of my first child, the reality of motherhood began to sink in.
I absolutely loved being a mom, but at the same time was exhausted, overwhelmed, and felt like I was failing. As our family grew, life became more chaotic. I knew there had to be a better way.
I realized prioritizing my needs and tuning into my intuition was allowing me to find calm in the chaos of motherhood and feel like a more confident mom.
Over time I found simple ways to bring self care into my busy days. I felt nourished, cared for, and loved and in turn was better able to nourish care for and love my family. There is more laughter and love in our home now than I could have ever imagined possible.
I believe you can feel calm and find your unshakable confidence as a mom when you first care for yourself!
As a life coach for moms and yoga and meditation teacher, I would be honored to help you finally get out of survival mode so you can be the mom you’ve always dreamed of being!
In Reclaiming Your Inner Sparkle you'll find:
- Simple ways to find time for yourself as a busy mom
