Wenige Tage später finden Spaziergänger eine weitere Frauenleiche. Tannenbergs Gegner - offenbar ein Serienmörder - erscheint übermächtig, denn er ist ein geschickter Stratege, ein leidenschaftlicher Spieler, der immer eine Überraschung für seine Häscher bereit hält.
