God’s people are hiding in plain sightTens of millions of Christians live in China today, leading double lives to hide from a government that relentlessly persecutes them.
By day, Bob Fu was a teacher in a communist school; by night, he was a preacher in an underground house church network. This edge-of-your-seat book tells the true story of Fu’s conversion to Christianity, his arrest and imprisonment for starting an illegal house church, his harrowing escape, and his subsequent rise to prominence in the United States as an advocate for his oppressed brethren.
God’s Double Agent will inspire you to boldly proclaim and live out your faith in a world that is at times indifferent, and at other times murderously hostile, to those who spread the gospel.

"a great book, very informative."
it was tense at times, and very sad to hear what is going on in China. but I recommend this book to anyone who cares about human rights and especially the gospel of Jesus Christ.
"Excellent and moving!
Excellent book would listen to it again and recommend it to all my friends. Makes us understand the plight of the Chinese Christians.
Amazing story of God's work that will encourage anyone to help others!! thank you for making this available on audible.
I was shocked at the persecution endured by citizens seeking religious freedom as well as human rights violations perpetuated by the Chinese government against it's own people. The narration was very good. I was moved to prayer, crying out at the injustice of society's most vulnerable members. I liked that the author gave concrete direction to how someone who wanted to/was able to help. Bob Fu risked his life repeatedly to help those in need. From now on I will keep the persecuted in China in my prayers!
As a friend of Chinese-Americans this opened my eyes to a part of their history and culture. The story was compelling and engaging. The performance was so fantastic!! Highly reccomend this!!!
"Amazing simply amazing"
The subject says it all. What a powerful story and opportunity to learn about not only China, but how God's is spreading in China.
"Should be required reading for Christians!"
This was more intense than any fiction book could ever be written. The stories Bob Fu share were both heart-rending and joyful. I was truly inspired to hear how God is at work in China, even in the midst of a government who hates and fears God.
The many small "miracles" that Bob Fu shared of God's protection during difficult time were awe-inspiring.
The "woman" who provided money for Bibles but never came to claim them. This "woman" was not known to anyone and was never seen again. The money she gave was used at a crucial time in Fu's life.
"Prison Theology 101"
I heard about the situation in China but never knew how deep and scary it is until I heard this book. Living in America we take for granted freedom of religion and yet we crumble to the most small test. Listening to this book help me to appreciate what I have and accept that I have way more that other people in the world, thank you!!!
"Not as good as I hoped"
The author seems very self centered. For a Christian book, it focused very little on God. Very disappointed.
I had no idea of the danger and intrigue and evil in China's government. The Christians there are truly remarkable. What an intense book.
I was so touched by this story from beginning to end. I cried, laughed, got angry and expressed other emotions. It makes me search my heart as I pray, Lord what will you have me do? I am privileged to have found this book!
