"A great place to start!"
The wonderful Deepak Chopra and Gregg Braden on one audio! Need I say more? This audio speech is a great sampling of Gregg Braden's work, bringing together information from his research and books. However, if you have already read or listened to Gregg's other books, this audio can sound a little repetitive. If you are wondering about Gregg's work, then this is a great place as any to start, hence the five stars.
"Heard it all before!"
A good listen but Braden seems to repeat alot of things that I have known from his other works and you practically can predict what he is going to say next.I will still read the older forms of theosophy because it suits my current needs and I find there is more 'ancient wisdom" in it then a lot of current or modern books on spirituality. It is also too short for a such a fancy title.
"I Normally Really Like Gregg Braden"
I normally really like Gregg Braden and Deepak Choopra. Deepak only speaks briefly in this audio. Gregg Braden is one of my favorite authors...but this was just lacking. It was ok, but not as good as his other books...in my opinion.
It was short and not very interesting
"Good intro to Dead Sea Scrolls & synchronicity"
My first intro to how the dead sea scrolls really verify some of the current practice of mindful meditation/ specific prayer or "enlightenment" and that the original writings only enhance one's spirtuality.
This book is a good introduction to another book that was more in depth about the topic.
"this said nothing"
I'm not sure what I expected from this, but Braden seemed to take some well known ancient wisdom, re-package it slightly, and pretend he was letting his audience in on a "secret" (No pun intended, but I think there is one there!). I have also a 3.5 hour Greg Braden download to listen to, so I hope that there is more substance in that one.
"Content Excellent - Sound quality not"
The content was FANTASTIC!! However, as it is part of a lecture you can hear other microphoned people whispering through it. Also, it's part of a weekend retreat is sounds like. I would like to get a copy of all the lectures from that retreat.
"Blah blah blah blah blah (interesting statements) blah blah blah"
This is a blah blah sandwich with a few slivers of interesting meat in between. They take a long time to get up to the main point. That main point is very much worth hearing, but the build up and anticlimax are tired and verbose. There are a few sentences that make it worth it. U will enjoy those gems. The rest is uneventful
"Great reinforcement! Want more Chopra and Braden"
Great reinforcement! Want more Deepak Chopra and Greg Braden together on th quantum physics of prayer!
Listen & understand with an open mind and you WILL feel this talk in your heart.
"The power of ancient magic"
I loved it I Deepak and Braden gave inspiring information! It's a must read! Awesome
"not a book at all..."
this is a lecture given loosely around a book and really doesn't represent an audiobook at all. I have liked what I have read of his other books but this is a lecture he gave, more or less advertising his book at a Deepak Chopra workshop. Leaves you with nothing you can work with and is all hype. Spend your money on something else...
"wisdom beyond words"
Perfect and consice knowledge imparted with love. What more can I say. except thank you Gregg and Deepak for sharing.
