so obvious now
this book is just pure and simple logic, you really and if you are truly honest with yourself cannot disagree and so the only logical and sensible thing you can do is just stop, it just doesn't make any sense now to continue doing this to yourself.

got rid of my nicotine spray
I'm glad the author wrote in a way to include Vaps, gum, patches and alcohol. I stopped smoking over 13 years ago but have been using nicotine spray ever since......until reading this book. it helped me immensely!
