I loved the first one better, but this is a good story too. There is enough character growth and sweetness to make it interesting. Narrators gave a great performance.

Great story disappointing narration
I really loved the story and that you got little updates about the characters in the previous story. But the worst thing is it’s a book set in the south and the main characters are born and raised in the south. The narrators don’t speak in a southern accent or have any southern sayings which I really love listening to. So it was a constant disappointment throughout the whole book. I’d listen again if they re-recorded it. Definitely some more thought should’ve gone into this before recording 👎🏽

Meh!
I wanted to like this, I really
Enjoyed the first book, but I honestly found this one a bit ridiculous. I’m all for a far fetched outrageously fictional story, but this one just didn’t do it for me, shame! Narration was okay, not mind blowing but easy enough listening.
