It works!

I have had problems with my weight and food for over 35 years. In that time I have read and tried hundreds of diet books. You name it, I’ve tried it. I got to a point where I could see the answer was not going to be in following external rules someone else made. I was willing to try something different, skeptical though I was.

Well, it works. Don’t overthink it, just trust and let it work. I am losing weight, but even better I feel free! I’m like one of those people I used to think were a different species- I can leave stuff on my plate, eat the one biscuit etc. I simply don’t want to feel uncomfortably full. And if I ever get a craving the tapping technique (though silly) actually makes it go away. But I don’t seem to get cravings now that I genuinely let myself eat whatever I want anyhow. Chocolate and chips have no special draw, they’re just one of many yummy foods I could choose.

Look, this may not work for you. But give it a go on the off chance. I am so pleased to feel relaxed and free after a lifetime of struggle! If you can relate, I sincerely hope you find freedom too.
