Must listen for modern minds
I experience frequent anxiety attacks and this is the perfect listen to get back in touch with my breath and calm down. I have been using my noise cancelling headphones and listening to it throughout the day as I do dishes or other chores. I really recommend you give this a listen to improve your mental and spiritual wellbeing.
