Editorial reviews
The stresses of a modern existence mean that there's one thing lacking in everyone's life: time. There doesn't seem to be enough of it, what with having a successful career and supporting a family, and it can be difficult to balance the necessity of earning a living with the desire to spend more time with loved ones while providing for them. With How to Balance Your Life, James O'Loghlin provides useful advice to people looking for this balance, and his conversational yet confident style that allows listeners to believe they can implement his changes and have a happier life.
Publisher's Summary
No one has enough time. Almost everyone agrees that achieving a better work/life balance is worth striving for. Yet hardly anyone actually does anything about it. Why? Because it all seems too hard. How do you find more time for getting the things that really matter when you have to pay the mortgage, battle peak hour and earn enough money to support yourself and your family?
How to Balance Your Life will help you identify the obstacles that stand in the way of you achieving a balanced life, and reveals practical, achievable ways that you can overcome them.

Excellent, Very relatable, Great Aussie Narrator
VERY relatable for any busy worker regardless of your type of work. A must read for everyone only just embarking on their career out of uni or school, as well as those still in their working life. Unfortunately I am in the middle of my career and WISH I read this and learnt about Work Life Balance as well as Self Care earlier. DON'T BE LIKE ME.
