A good unemotional analysis
Good dissection of some of the secretive doings of the armed forces. Revealed is the irony that some that held high morals were persecuted and some war criminals like Klaus Barbie and possibly von Braun were enlisted and lauded

Comprehensive History.
I found this an interesting and comprehensive read. slightly repetitive but this would be an advantage from a research or sporadic reader.
