Publisher's Summary
Gerhard Bronner (1922-2007) floh mit 15 Jahren aus Wien nach Palästina. 1948 kehrte er zurück nach Wien und trat mit ersten selbst komponierten Chansons in der Marietta-Bar auf. 1950 stieß er zur Truppe rund um Michael Kehlmann und Helmut Qualtinger, gemeinsam schufen sie u.a. "Brettl vor'm Kopf". Susi Nicoletti (1918-2005) schloss sich bereits 1930 der Kabarettgruppe "Die weißblaue Drehorgel" an, spielte nach ihrer Schauspielausbildung von 1936 bis 1940 an den Städtischen Bühnen Nürnberg und drehte 1939 ihren ersten Film. 1940 ging sie nach Wien, wo sie als Ensemblemitglied am Wiener Burgtheater tätig war und später auch am Theater in der Josefstadt spielte. Helmut Qualtinger (1928-1986) war schon während seiner Studentenzeit als Schauspieler tätig.
