After listening to The Power of Cellular Nutrition, many skeptics, as Dr. Ladd McNamara was himself originally, have opened themselves to the possibility that quality nutritional supplements may indeed be an important part of a healthy lifestyle program. It is important to eat right, exercise, get regular sleep, and reduce stress and exposure to toxic substances. However, Dr. Ladd McNamara makes the case that historically, medical doctors have not been taught to recommend quality nutritional supplements to their patients and are therefore inherently skeptical of the idea of nutritional supplements despite years of favorable medical studies.
