Being productive in the morning and feeling energetic in the morning is vital to having a successful life. If you wake up feeling dull and haggard, you will not be able to have a good day, forget about having a quality life. Therefore, a good night's sleep that is sound is essential for your mornings to be fresh and productive. Your diets, your thoughts, how you handle stress, etc are just a few factors that may or may not give you a good sleep in the night.

Though diet is pretty much the most important food for your thought as well as your body that is one of the most important aspects you will need to focus on. In this book, you will find a list of exercises to train your mind, body, and soul to be able to make your mornings productive each day and every day.

I do not get anything new from this book. The lengthy disclaimer at the beginning is very daunting and off putting. The robotic voice of the narrator did nothing for me or the book!!
It seemed to be all opinion. Very little backed up by fact or experience.

I learned how to make mornings more happier. Usually I dread mornings but this book has made them more enjoyable!
