Good advice presented with lots of logic so you can not only apply it but also understand the ”Why” behind it. I have read a few similar books but have found this to be the best so far.
"A lot of good advice, but a bit repetitive."
After buying this audio book, I went to her YouTube channel and saw that she had all of this information there, plus more. I suggest you start there and if it's a right fit for you sort here by gong to her website.
I was skeptical as to whether or not this book would be worth the money but after listening to it wow. I now realize all the things that I was doing wrong when it comes to women and now I can work to improve myself going forward.
"Great insider advice."
Love the way this book is put together. It has a lot of great info from a woman with a great deal of insight on relationships and the dynamic of men and women. Love Marni and all she does.
Great book written by a great, honest woman on the female perspective of relationships. She is very precise on the female POV.
"Get Inside her review"
Maybe. This isn't a preferred type of book I read.
Just all right for this one.
"Quite Entertaining and Learned A Lot About Women"
Some of the tips were very insightful. It made me more confident in approaching women. I really liked the perspective.
That beautiful women have way more insecurities than average looking women.
Overall it was great, no favorites.
No, but lots of great tips that I can apply. I really enjoyed it
Highly recommend this for men who are shy like me. I wished I listened to this in my twenties as it would have saved me a lot of heartache.
"Excellent content best of any on this topic"
I was very pleasantly surprised by how much great info this book gave . It is all you need to become the Man
A great book on maintaining relationships. there's certainly plenty of tricks and techniques for picking up women. A lot of them work, but trying to get past a couple of dates I would highly recommend this book.
"Good narrator, ok book"
Overall the narrator did a good job with the book. The only negative about the narrator was that there were a few places in the book that felt like she was reading a header or a section title but didn't pause or didn't pause enough, so it made it sound like a mistake. But that is minor, overall I enjoyed her reading of the book very much. The book itself was ok. There is good advice in the book. A lot of it is common sense or what we as men should understand but seem to not :). The issue I have is the book was more of a marketing tool then a help book. It gets repetitive and the author keeps referring to her website or her blog to get more info. If you go to her site, it is just about how you can hire her for 100s to 1000s of dollars. Also she has emails in the book from customers that are all happy with her advice, I would love to have heard a few that her advice didn't work and she explains what could have been done differently or what went wrong.
I would recommend reading the book if you want to learn a bit about Marni and what advice she gives men. But if you are looking for a how to pick up girls guide form her, well that is when you will have to go to her site and pay lots of money for. But it still is a quick and fun book, that does give some good advice. I just wish it was more focused on giving advice then promoting her services.
"Perpetuates the myth of romantic monogamy"
I have no dispute with the validity of the insight into what most Western women respond to in a man since the material is taken mostly from women's own words. I'm just amazed that the whole process for men still seems to be geared towards fitting a woman's romantic notion of Prince Charming (i.e.confident, devoted, committed, and trustworthy). Given the divorce rates it seems that this culturally defined romantic model of male desirability is rather ephemeral and idealistic. Having just finished Betty Dodson's memoir "My Romantic Love Wars" this book seems like a throwback to pre-feminist game playing. I'm sure the advice Kinrys gives works with women who buy into the life-long monogamy trap but we need to get past this anachronism at some point.
"Great narrating. Great advice."
Brilliantly honest advice and wisdom. A pleasure to listen to, with a cheerful narrator to keep you smiling.
Many people have heard of or read Neil Strauss' "The Game", which is similar in some respects. These books talk about the psychology of approaching and interacting with women romantically. Kinry's book is more focused on exploring how women think and why they react to certain things that men do. This is in contrast to other books in this kind of series which teach men skills that are largely in-congruent with their personalities and seek to manipulate encounters until social mastery is achieved.
Emme's is a little robotic in parts but it generally expressive and mellifluous.
The book was refreshing and offered interesting insights into female psychology and how they want men to be in order for them to feel attraction.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is nervous about talking to or approaching women either socially or romantically.
