This is a great guided imagery to listen to that is completely ruined by the method of delivery. it jumps straight into the visualization.... no deep breaths or get comfortable or relaxation prompts prior to jumping straight into the imagery. Then throughout it jumps very quickly from one vision to another. There is no pause for you to be in that images moment and relax into it. It needs to pause between visual cues and questions to allow your brain to enjoy the images and be in the moment and enjoy it. This benefit of visualization meditation is taken away by the delivery. I was really disappointed because it spoils an otherwise lovely visualization meditation.
"Incredibly healing and relaxing"
I found this energy healing meditation to be very therapeutic and soothing. The meditation was not overly long, taking about 20 minutes or so. Then, there was peaceful music that I listened to for another twenty minutes before starting my day. After the meditation, I felt peaceful and relaxed, which is not how I normally feel in the morning. If I could add one thing, I would add multiple versions of this meditation to the audiobook, so I could choose a different one to listen to every morning. However, I am fine with listening to this one every morning until I get tired of hearing it. :P Overall, a good meditation session and does exactly what it says.
very boring silly imagery with robotic voice. not good for realxing, made me more stressed
"Way too short!"
Most of the hour long relaxation and guided meditation is music with only 10 minutes of guidance. I loved the imagery of the visualization but 10 minutes is not long enough.
