"a guide to learning how to body build"
Being able to listen to the audio book, and while I am listening visualizing my workout, I even did a few work outs while listening to this book.
No I haven't but I am game to listen to more!

I really want to point out the cook book near the end was rather enjoyable. I liked a few of the recipes and have them on my list to go make this week.

Definitely worth it!
Very encouraging. You would definitely want to challenge yourself and work hard after listening to this audiobook. This book explains why you're not gaining muscles, or why it takes time for you to gain muscle, or what you're doing wrong. Thanks to this book. Now you would know how to really develop and keep those muscles and build strength. Plus it includes a bonus -- body building workout, body building diet, and body building cookbook. My husband and I just love this book.
"Wonderful guide for building muscles"
If you are a hardgainer in bodybuilding like me, this audiobook will be very helpful to start gaining some real muscles. I found information on how to have the right kind of mind-set, be more persistent, and how to correctly perform exercises. Also supplements and diet secrets prove to be useful and I started seeing results after as little as 3 weeks. Now I enjoy my every workout and recover faster with much more energy that I thought I could never have.
"Not a whole lot of info"
Although the book was OK, it doesn't really have a lot of information. If you are a beginner and need the basics laid out, this is a very simple explanation. For anybody who has trained in the past, even basic, this is a good start.
"Needs more details and research support"
A little thin on substance. Needs research references to explain some claims like only eat a few hundred calories extra, and don't do cardio, etc.
"worth while purchase"
I downloaded this book for my husband, he hadn't found a book that contained the information he was looking for. Not only is this book full of great information but it's easy to follow. It doesn't tell you to this and to do that it guides you on the journey and also how to maintain over time. I found the book includes recipes too. A worth while purchase.
This is an amazingly informative book that I know will help me get more toned very quickly. I didn't get it for the bulk aspect, but the tips included definitely seem like they're spot on!
It was very interesting to learn about how Schwarzenegger bulked up so quickly!
If you're looking for tips for adding bulk, this is a great one to buy But, this is also good for ladies looking for tips to burn off some fat and get much more toned! Awesome addition to my library!
"Encyclopedia of bodybuilding"
This audiobook has everything I've ever wanted to know about bodybuilding. It starts as a usual bodybuilding guide explaining training techniques and the right mindset, but ends with some awesome bonus material and a great bodybuilding cookbook. Everything in the book is very well researched and presented in a simple and understandable manner, which means a lot to me because I am not a native English speaker. This guide is huge and practical, and will help you get muscles like no amount of supplements can.
My husband and I are both body builders and we both got a lot out of this audio book. The tips and directions were clear and easy to follow and the regimes are challenging enough. Mutt Rogers is a motivating narrator. I would recommend this audio book to first timers and experienced weightlifters both.
I thought this was a waste of my time. I ended up just putting the pace speed at x3 and then skipping a bunch of it. I won't be listening to this again.
