If you go about your day trapped in the realm of thinking, it's difficult, if not impossible, to free yourself from stress and anxiety - and the interpersonal suffering that goes along with it. But if you're rooted in the now, explains Eckhart Tolle, you're already standing in a place of deep fulfillment. At the Source of Being brings you a five-part intensive retreat with Eckhart Tolle, presenting more than seven hours of in-depth guidance in the central aspects of his simple yet life-changing teaching.
Recorded amid the natural beauty of an Australian rainforest, Eckhart discusses a range of topics including:
"The only true cause of upset is losing yourself in the world or in your mind," teaches Eckhart. "Mastery arrives when there is total attention to being without a secondary motive." At the Source of Being is rich with insights and inspiration for integrating your "presence practice" into every aspect of daily life. Includes a helpful question-and-answer session with retreat participants.

There are no listener reviews for this title yet.
The quality of audio is very poor. Background noise is very loud. Hard to understand the speaker.
What Tolle has to say might be very worthwhile (it probably is), but the recording is so bad one can't tell. I really expect Audible to do a better job moderating their content.
"Good messages put poor audio quality"
very nice material but it was poorly recorded compared to the other audio series which made it a bit hard to listen to
"Eckart, beautiful as usual"
A great retreat. Enlighnet words of a great spiritual teacher. Only the audio has some noisy problems.
"Great for mental health!"
Love eckhart on YouTube and his books so this was no different, had genuine laughs and thought processes that I will use forever. if you need to feel better in life, want more out of life, or need help always go to Eckhart. his teachings resonate with me on a deeper level more than any religion has before
"Always Hits the Soul"
Eckhart's words are filled with Loving truth. This is a series of lectures from his retreats. It's wonderful to be able to listen if your not able to attend. The sound quality is not very well at all, but to me it was worth dealing with to hear what he has to say. Beautiful reminders of Presence.
"Another wonderful recording"
As always Eckharts use of language is eloquent and guides you to a deeper understanding each time he offers us a new recording.
Please do not listen to the reviews about poor sound quality. The sounds are more often than not the beautiful sounds of a rain storm.
If you listen to your mind/ego then this will only rob you of this wonderful message. For those bad reviews may I suggest if you cannot go to the silence underneath the sound then try excepting the sound and the isness of what is. Choose again who guides you.
