In terms of content, I rank this among the top 5 among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far.
I would make the introduction shorter in order to get to the main concepts quicker.
I didn't particularly enjoy the reading. It didn't feel right and was too high pitched for me. It often felt like sentences were a mix between a statement and a question (although you know that a statement was being made.
An interesting definition of success and how to approach becoming successful by increasing focus and learning to eliminate daily actions that do not lead you closer to becoming the successful person you want to become.
The content is great. I like the body of work so much that I am going to purchase the book version so I can write notes in it.
I have over 200 self help book this is one of the best books out there. You will not be disappointed.

"A radical approach to a new you"
I have read many self help books and most of them say the same thing.Jill does try to be more radical encourage the leap of faith.I feel she could have been more forthright .I prefer to learn from others stories ,there were not enough practical examples .i enjoyed it though ,although the constant suggestions and questions were too many .i think we missed an opportunity to have a really amazing book.

Relative to all the audiobooks I've listened to in my 55 years, I'd say this one ranks about 1/2 way from the top. I could say 1/2-way from the bottom, but that would be negative.
The main issue with the listenability of the book, in my opinion is that virtually every sentence trailed off into a flat, nasal tone. After the 40th or so sentence, it became VERY distracting. It was better in later chapters, as more theatrics were introduced (eg. voice modulation, taking on characters' vocal inflections, etc.). However, by then it was too late. Just as I became accustomed to the voice talent and began focusing on the content again, my ears would get zapped by the performer's vocal habits. Though very interesting, this particular book should be read and not heard. Listening via headphones was especially annoying. Thankfully the audiobook is less than three hours in length.
The book contains truly powerful, life-changing information, and would be a great entry-level book for those interested in self analysis or self improvement. The principles are timeless, proven, and they will work for anyone. One example that comes to mind is a principle called, "Acting As If". Acting as if you already happy and successful sets up a "certain neurology pattern" that gradually creates a solid belief on a subconscious level that guides one's actions and behaviours toward actually being happy and successful. It takes conscious practice, but in my experience, the technique works.

"Kept falling asleep"
Not many people who speak english. And not man who do not. It was just a boring book with no emotion from the narrator. Scratchy voice was irritating too. Sorry.
Very boring. An occasional gem in there. But it seemed like she took the best of Anthony Robbins, Wayne Dyer and Zig Zigler with the book "The Secret" ughhh thrown into a blender and made an audible soup out of it. Nothing new ,but then, what do I know. I kept nodding out. I love Anthony Robbins,Wayne Dyer John O'Donohue,Meister and 80% of the self improvement authors who even if they are repetitive,they are adding in a hidden gem of their own some place. The flashy cover was the only thing interesting about the book. Maybe Ive read too many self improvement books and Im saturated by now. Who knows?
Arika Escalona was the one who was putting me to sleep! Dr Jill just kept me there. One of the worst narrators. definitely an intelligent sounding woman, very sweet, but, as dull as dull gets.
I must say this book made me feel depressed. As if I lost my ability to enjoy the written word anymore. I felt like I need a Valium after trying to stay awake to it. I dare anyone to try to listen to this entire book without dozing off. Even 40% would impress me.I AM taking into account I have been using Audible and Kindle way too much this past month, so maybe it is harder to keep my attention than yur average reader.
This is not a good team for writing and narrating books. I literally kept waking up to go back to the beginning where I left off over 20 times and after I dozed off after laying in bed over 12 hours, I just became very depressed and said....never again! I wish Audible gave us a 60 min browse to see if the combo of narrator and author was really what we wanted to buy. Now I must go back and re-read all the reviews who pushed me into buying this. Were they relatives of both women? First book by Audible that made me this depressed. I felt Nurse Ratchett was going to come out and bash me over the head when the book finished, I had such a headache. Yet as I said, if you can stay awake, there is an ahhh hahhh every hour or so.

Nothing really wrong with the content but it's just another one of the authors introductions to the subject with a teaser to read more and little useful 'how to'. All talk and no trousers.

"By No Means a Quantum Anything"
No. Can't trust the description of what I'm buying.
Name it and advertise is accurately. This is a book with some practical ways to change your habits, and share some basic brain science principles.
The forced enthusiasm is a bit jarring, especially early in the recording.
Some good ideas for personal change. I like the "Act as If" suggestion but you don't need to buy a book for that.
Don't use the term "Quantum" to sell a book unless it's used therein. Specifically, a reference in the first part of the book states that a quantum leap is when an object moves from one location to another without crossing the physical space in between, appearing at the new location in a "different state". That's simply incorrect and misleading.

Yes narrator has a very powerful, kind voice. If I see Arika Rapson's name I am compelled to obtain the book, and never disappointed.
