I have one rule: Don't shit where you eat.
Several of the women in the condo complex I own would love some one-on-one playtime, and why wouldn't they? I'm young, fit, attractive, and loaded. Not to mention, I'm packing a sizable bulge below the belt. It's a combination that drops panties on a regular basis.
Yay, me, right?
But my cock, troublemaker that he is, has been confined to my trousers by my business partner. A concession I agreed to, and one that's never been hard to enforce until Emery moves in across the hall. She's smart, young, determined, and sexy as hell. I want a taste. I won't stop until I'm buried deep inside the succulent new-in-town brunette.
After being warned about my past, she does her best to steer clear, but I'm about to show her that underneath it all, I'm a guy with a heart of gold and a cock of steel.
My name is Hayden Oliver, and this is my story.

"Ruined by then end"
It was hard to finish. The conflict seemed forced but at least the sex scenes and the beginning were pretty good
This story was cute, sexy, sweet, short and to the point. After the story was over it left me wanting more. It was such a sweet story I didn't want it to end but thank you Kendall Ryan for not dragging it out like some authors and making it a 15hr tennis match of back and forth. Absolutely Loved this one!
"3.5 Screwed Stars"
I wish there was a 3.5 Star rating.
Because although I enjoyed the book I wouldn't say I LOVVVED it.
It's a great feel good fun read. You know the kind where your enjoying the book but it doesn't make you all emotional or fall all over your self to read and read and read again.
I loved that Hayden best friend was the one to call him out and tell him no more using the housing development as his way to pick up the ladies.
I enjoyed Emery's no nonsense personality. The friends to lovers is always a great read if done right and this was definitely done right.
Maybe it got lost in the audio why I didn't fall in love with the book. But I will say this.. I will give it another chance to up its star's when I do a relisten because I always do a relisten :)
"I Didn't Love It"
While I didn't love the book, I did like it enough to take it at surface value. It was fun, and I liked that the main characters grew from friendship to falling in love. I doubt it could've worked any other way for the hero. The story is fast-paced and funny, but the narration left much to be desired. The voice distinction between male and female was absent so you need to listen closely so you always know whose perspective you are in.
I review for the Guilty Indulgence Review Site.
"Humor combined with passion in the perfect mix"
Loved the narrative. Great use of humor, made me laugh so hard. Steamy believable scenes. Love love, love.
It was ok but not for me to read any more. Just to pass the time
"Fun and Flirty"
I love the books that follow the friends falling in love and Screwed does it right! It's faced paced, funny, sexy and a great listen! Ava Erickson did a great job!
This was a fun story. Overall, I enjoyed the story, but it did seem a bit silly. I did like the portrayal of Hayden with his niece and nephew.
This was an enjoyable story and it helped to entertain me during my daily commute.
I preferred Monster Prick more than this, and it was a novella.
I couldn't even get through the first hour, I wanted the girl to stop taking.
"Not as good as Monster Prick but"
it's worth a free credit! Like Monster Prick its too short and the narrator's male voice is nonexistent but the story was good! While MP was an even shorter book it at least delivered on the erotica this book not so much...
