In-powering!

I 100% recommmend this book!
I've started a few months ago a process of care and love to myself. And I've also been learning to highlight all those things I do right, instead only focusing in those that don't go as expected.

'Fears to Fierce' was like the cherry on the cake for my process.

I'm still learning, evolving and defining my purpose.

I felt that through Brita's words and thoughts, I was also living myself those experiences she's been through.
