Publisher's Summary

Dylan Peterson, 17, is an average kid living an ordinary life. He works hard to get good grades in school, he has a crush on a girl who is out of his league, and he is in constant competition with his younger brothers. His normal life soon becomes extraordinary when the Great Protector of Life approaches him. He becomes a member of Guardian Angels who are sworn to protect all life on Earth. Their greatest threat is an unimaginable evil seeking to cast the world into eternal darkness. The Angels fight to banish the darkness but it ruthlessly preserves. Dylan must learn to harness and wield a blue flame in order to protect his home and those he loves. Upon discovery of his gifts, he learns Naomi, his crush, too is an Angel. They develop their powers, and it soon becomes clear they share a power no other Angel possesses. Could they be the key to finally stopping the darkness once and for all?
