I have read a lot of Anne Perry books and I've enjoyed most of them, but I was disappointed by this book. The story was unsatisfactory, too much character and not much plot. The ending was ridiculous, it was so contrived that it was totally unbelievable.
Terrence Hardiman is a good narrator and the story was well read.
Excellent in every way.this was first class in every, a story of feeling, tops excellent srory well told, worth being late to bed. thanks.
