A gloriously mad desert island romp - complete with zombies, walrus pirates and a talking goldfish called Albie.
Like Robinson Crusoe on acid, it follows the adventures of Isaac, a shipwrecked sailor whose boat is sunk by a excess of radio sound effects and is then washed up in a tropical paradise where warring tribes compete to pay homage to a giant Sea beast called Gary.
A fast-paced gag fest which is a splendid mix of music hall and surreal nonsense, which is fresh, intriguing and laugh-out-loud funny.

This was the last of the five . Not impressed, not very funny. If I had paid for these I'd want a refund.
Slightly reminiscent of Hitchhiker's Guide, but not quite in that league. Made me chuckle in a few places, but mostly groan throughout the listening.
"What was this supposed to be?"
The narrators, maybe. Dewi Llywelyn, no.
It wasn't least bit funny or engaging. Sounded like an attempt by a seven-year-old to channel Monty Python or Douglas Adams where only every fiftieth word came through.
No one different. They just had awful material to work with.
It was an attempt at something, I just don't know what.
"Beautifully executed...pun intended."
Loved the characterisation, the asides, the absurdity, Cuppy.
Didn't go in for the gruesome stuff much....as we all know, what you imagine is waaaaay worse than what you see and so some of the descriptions were quite hard to listen to. I'm a wimp, yes....but I would have loved to go with you on this swashbuckling journey AND still be able to eat my lunch.
Please make more but this time, hold the disembowelling:)
"Cynical deployment of tasteless tricks"
it could not be worse
I had no interest in the fortunes of any of them
The trouble with fantasy is that any plot twist or character development is possible but it should never be as random as this
confusing sub goons humour without the jokes, waited for the laughs but they didn't come
all of it and inserted some humour.
"Trying to be HHGTTG... I think... Not even close"
This did not hold my attention AT ALL.
I gave up about 15 mins in... "fast-paced gag-fest" it is NOT!
"A fun set of characters, but I just didn't laugh"
There was a bit too much going on I think, and I just couldn't find the humour in the surreal settings.
I just couldn't get a picture of what was happening.
The Narrator - some very good lines, but felt like a few of them were directly lifted from Douglas Adams. However, there were a lot more that were just really nice inserts.
The zombie...seemed a bit pointless.
Nice performances from everyone, but just didn't laugh.
"Not really funny, dialled in performances"
Sadly not a good effort here, it felt disjointed and unfinished. A series of sketch ideas strung together with little characterisation for the actors to get their teeth into and actually carry the story forward. No idea how this might become a series. It shot its small bolt of misaimed jokes.
Was this written in the early hours of the morning while under the influence? A loaded of unfunny tosh.
kept me amused on the morning commute. some funny parts but mostly odd, wondering what would happen next
"Shows potential, but it's not quite there yet"
At its best it felt like it was reaching for a cross between The Goon Show and Bleak Expectations. Unfortunately it doesn't feel like it hangs together very well, and the whole self-cannibalising tribes (I think that was the idea...?) thing just wasn't as funny as it thought it was, and not worth building as much of the script around as it did.
I think the main thing holding this back is simply that the writer isn't very experienced. However, I think there is the germ of something quite funny (in a over-the-top daft kind of way) here, and it might be worth revisiting once the writer has a bit more experience behind them.
Yes it has
Narrator was ok but just couldn't get any life into this dead donkey
All of them
Sorry, just not for me!
