The book dwells on so much that is bleeding obvious and on so much that does not apply to me. Not everyone is American, has children and a wife, and a relationship with God, when they buy a house. I would love to return this book and get my money back if I could.
"This a life book and less of a real estate book"
Author gives life tips on going beyond real estate and thinking about any property decisions as life decisions. Interesting topics like why kitchens is the most important room in your house to why you should travel.
