"Does what it says on the tin & very unique"
Yes, as I prefer audio books and can listen on 2x speed and go back more easily.

Neither as it is an information book. There are real life examples from the author but it is not fictional so not appropriate. I found I learned things in this book I have not in many other books of the same theme
I'm surprised by the one star reviews. They look as biased as some 5 star reviews. Were they listening to the same book as me, because there is lots of information. I wonder if the book is at a higher level as the strategies are quite advanced and it is NOT a beginners book. Or perhaps they just have something against the author or the narrator. I gleaned many techniques from the book, in property and in business and income generating too. TO be fair this is much more than just a property book, which might explain why some people didn't get the information they wanted. So if you want JUST property, perhaps but the authors other books. I found this book very unique and have not learned or read many of the techniques I learned in this book
"What a great book!"
As a landlord of 20 years with quite a large portfolio, I generally don’t pick up much from books these days.
Back in 2003, whilst transitioning from a J.O.B. to being a landlord, I must have read 70-80 books over the course 2 years.
As a result, when I started, it only took four months to replace my earned income, with rental income.
When I had tripled this, I quite my job. (and have never looked back)
I even wrote my own best selling property book in 2008. (House Share Hero)
I’ve read some good books over the last few years, but this is outstanding.
Its not just about property, but about ‘The business’ of property.
Every landlord should read this book now!
The information is worth many times the purchase price.

Before listening to this I thought that there were only two ways to make money from property. Flipping, or buy to let. This audible has shown me there are many, many more strategies.
The fact that Rob has personally gone out and used all of these strategies to build a portfolio of properties.

"A refreshing change"
There were so many nuggets I got from this audiobook. It's a fresh/new perspective in the way the author breaks down the multiple stages to transform and develop a property business beyond the usual text you get in traditional 'how to' books. Coined the 6 stage property investor roadmap - which discusses how to transition from property investing to scaling a larger property business - the chapters go into mega detail & depth on how to diversify into other income streams around property which you may never have thought about. For example, I particularly enjoyed the ‘wrap and package’ chapter where the author demonstrated wrapping and packaging your existing income steams into a fully fledged sustainable business and allowing it to exponentially grow by automating and implementing systems and processes allowing you the benefit and advantage of all the initial front loaded work. Something which I never considered or thought about until I listened to this audio book. If you're a new or an experienced property investor, this book will identify early on your starting & turning points to the 'what next’ question and will show you in step by step detail how to go from buying the odd few rental units that will grow over time/contribute to your every day lifestyle -to turning this passion into a fully functional property business which will make it a primary source of making above average income.
A refreshing approach - he’s a great narrator and you can really relate to the tonality as he’s very engaging.
This book has no hype or fluff. It’s a grown up audio version of a property book that outlines practical and manageable steps to develop and build a serious property business.
Its definitely a cross between the E-myth and Rich Dad Poor dad (which are both fantastic reads) as the book goes beyond the run of the mill hints and tips which is written in every property book out there. Instead, it focuses on how to move forward, how to grow, what to do when you hit different investment lags, how to overcome different tipping points, achieve complimentary income streams and how to think of different plans for the property business when it comes to exit. Although the book gives many property strategies - it breakdowns the appropriate ones based on the individuals skill sets/goals and which ones would be the most appropriate to diversify.
The author has drawn upon his own success and experiences in building the leading training, coaching and property mentoring business as well as their longstanding sourcing and most prominent portfolio business in the UK. A great and enjoyable audio-book which will give you total clarity of how to redefine your ambitions and goals to something unimaginable but really attainable.

Realising there are several ways to generate income if I take action and follow the steps. Follow those who are walking the walk and are actively investing.
I've had so many 'aha' moments during this audiobook and that's what's important to me. These guys are walking the walk and are leading the way. Listen to this book and think differently about how you can make money from property.
Rob Moore is inspiring. He inspires many people, has a very loyal following and is dedicated to self-development and personal growth. He not only challenges you to re-think your life and what you are capable of achieving but provides step by step strategies to help you do it.
"A Property Business Blueprint"
I am already a huge fan of this book having owned it in paperback for some time but I wanted it on audio so that I can listen to it in the car. It has allowed me to drill down and to clarify which strategies I should follow and then, and for me this is the best feature of the book, it showed me how to take the strategies and turn them into a property business that has a value all of its own. The section on systems and leverage are worth the the purchase price of the book 100 times over. Well done.
