Left unfinished at the time of his death, The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin has endured as one of the most well-known and influential autobiographies ever written. From his early years in Boston and Philadelphia to the publication of his Poor Richard's Almanac to the American Revolution and beyond, Franklin's autobiography is a fascinating, personal exploration into the life of America's most interesting founding father.

"I'm going to listen to this again!"
I loved the narrator, very well done. I enjoyed this rendition from beginning to end.
It's just one of those books that do not need any recommendations :) and the lector is great too
"incredible book full of wisdom"
full of common sense, great advice, and wonderful insights from a master of human relations
"I found a new life long hero."
This is the book that Davy Crockett took to his death bed. There is a reason for that. Once you finish the book you will be so impressed with the mind, frugality, tact, sociability, and wit of this man. He is a hero.
I have not.
I started a virtue journal.
"Wish Old Ben had finished this. Really enjoyed it"
Wish Old Ben had finished this!
I really enjoyed his micromanaging.
He was definitely OCD.
He was extremely disciplined and helped many people get a great start in life.
"loved it, but too short"
would have liked to hear about his involvement of the formation of the United States and his interactions with other founding fathers.
"perfect loved it. inspiring..."
great book for young people to inculcate values. recommend it to everyone. all the best.
"Most in depth"
This autobiography was really in depth and you can mentally see what pointe in history he is walking through as his story is told. The only thing is the narration is a bit monotone and so you can easily zone out when listening and miss some parts.
it's a challenging listen due to the era it was written but it's also a good listen
"Great Biography on one of America's Greatest Minds"
Really great book. I forgot how much I liked biographies until I listened to this. I learned something in every chapter.
