Very slow burn

The female narrator just seemed so stiff. It took a while to warm to the male narrator, but got there during the middle of the book.

I actually read the book while I listened to the audible.

Unfortunately what the narrators read aloud, didn’t match what I was reading; very disappointing.

I would’ve been better off just listening to the audible OR just reading the book- not both.

A duet narration would’ve made this audible way better - man voicing all the male parts & vice versa.

I listened to this audible at 1.5 speed because the normal 1.0 speed was just too excruciatingly slow to listen to.

cliffhanger

Story keeps going around in circles. Main female character is immature and needy. Story also ends with a cliffhanger.
