The best communication skills book
I really believe this is the best communication skills book and this is after trying many of them. This one is more realistic and powerful than the others.

I found this book to be a unique, interesting, powerful but also easy to follow and easy to act upon guide to all things assertiveness, social skills, communication, confidence etc etc

Assertiveness
Being quite a shy person I never really understood assertiveness or how to develop the skills. This book made it stupidly EASY! Step by step processes. I have never felt more in control of my life as I do now.

Pretty ordinary
Repetitive, just common sense, however with some nuggets of good helpful info. Parts of this were really difficult to sit through…
This is a good starting point for someone who has never communicated with another human being before.
