Publisher's Summary

When you kick evil to the curb, it kicks you back.

What peace Helo had hoped for by defeating King on the Tempest is short-lived. Evil doesn’t go quietly, and it’s always hungry for revenge.

After his parents are murdered, Helo rejoins the Ash Angel Organization ready to hunt creatures of evil and obliterate the six remaining Dread Loremasters. But terrifying portents from Tela Mirren’s dreams and dire warnings from Aclima hint that crossing darkness incurs a terrible price, and Helo will be the one who pays.

GREAT STORY

Loved the depth of the characters and the twisting plot, hopefully another story on the horizon as we follow Helo's last year on earth.

Amazing

When it arrived I was not knowing what to expect after the amazing first book. The Narration is just outstanding bringing all the characters to life and displaying their personalities. This gave an amplification of showing showing the individual struggles without the prolonged explanations well done

Great Book

Another fantastic book in this series. Such a great story line, great characters and RC Brays performance is excellent. Surely there will be another book in the series.

Sublime

It just gets better and better. Loved the story. There's humour and non stop action. Thoroughly recommend.

Mindless Pulp

While I enjoyed the escapism of the first book, Angel Born is just mindless blah blah and is probably really enjoyable if you can turn your brain off. Skip this if you need a book with substance.

RC Bray has become over exposed through narrating way too many books of this ilk, and I am starting to equate his narration with generic story telling, and that's a shame.

hard to digest

i love the concept of ash angels, but the main character is very hard to relate too. he pretty much spends 99% of his time getting spoken down to, walked all over or just out right abused and never does a thing about it even though he can leave and tell them all to get fucked any time he likes. its ridiculous how much shit this guy will eat for no reason. took the shine of an otherwise good story
