It was narrated great and i really enjoyed it. It took in things like Ebola which made it interesting and had you not want to put it down.
Yes , the read word creates wonderful and imaginative images
The description of the climb into the extinct volcano
"Action packed and adrenaline filled"
For those of you who have listened to Ghost Flight and liked it, this book really needs no review. You will absolutely LOVE it!
The only thing I would have loved more is for the action to have been longer. Given the plot this could have easily been a 15h book. But I cannot resist give it 5 stars.
Come on Bear...we need Ghost Flight 3!
"fantastic book! Gutted it's finished."
loved this book, didn't want it to end. The story was fantastic, narration superb too.
"Entertaining and a great follow up to Ghost Flight"
Maybe. Few issues with the plot may be better 2nd time around!
Poacher section seemed a little out of place?
No favorite but each character was well voiced.
after seening this guy on tv i was inrrsted to see what his book skills was like so i think hes done very well it griping intresting mabe not for all but good enjoyable
I enjoyed the book, however some glaring plot issues made it very frustrating mid way through, not enough to overly damage the listen
"Enjoyable action piece"
Narrator is doing a good job with the story which at parts may not have carried itself if I had read the book myself. Especially I found the poacher part bit out of the story.
Bought this because I recognised the author from TV. It is a great story. Well paced and imaginative. The narrator has excellent use of voices. Made a really good story.
Will buy others.
I loved the first book and as a second book this was a great follow up. Once started I could not put my device down.
"Great story, well read."
Listen in my van. So good I looked forward to traffic jams!! Tied in beautifully with Ghost Flight.
This is an excellent book. It is similar to Clive Cusslers original books. In a lot of ways though this series is better because they are even more believable. Bear Grylls is very talented. Can't wait until the next one.
Great sequel with potential for more!!
Enjoyed the narration and the fast pace..
If you have not read Ghost Flight then listen to that first.
