Great characters and storyline
While listening I thought this book would make a great movie. I envisioned the main characters played by Tom Ellis as Tom and Katherine Heigl as Amelia. I enjoyed the momentum of the story, kept you running with the characters.

Unexpectedly enjoyed all of this book!
I didn’t know any of the references to the Jane Austen books as I haven’t read them.. but that didn’t stop me from understanding the meaning.
I finished it in 2days! Didn’t want to stop listening!

Entertaining

A refreshing story!
This had all the elements of an easy to read, but elevated! The characters were easy to like, but still 'realistic'. Dragged a little near the end, but didn't detract for me. A well written, enjoyable book that doesn't strain the brain!!

A bit sappy, probably ok but not my style
The high ratings for this book made me think I'd probably enjoy it but sadly I didn't really. There's nothing wrong with the writing or narration, I'm just not into this sappy kind of relationship love story.

Loved having a GOOD male voice in this book
