The destructive fire of the Epocalypse race is ready to be unleashed upon the galaxy. Among these Epocalypse is Holiceo, whose powerful but cruel father, Laceoran, leads the Epocalypse crusade to control the know universe. Holiceo finds himself torn between his desire to carry out his father's will and the knowledge of the death and suffering he will bring as he carries out Laceoran's plans.

Across the stars, a young diplomat, Komodo, prepares to meet with old friends and strengthen old alliances.

As Komodo prepares to meet with alien species in peace, Holiceo prepares to greet the same aliens with death. Soon the two find themselves and their friends caught up in a conflict that grows exponentially after the first bloody encounter between Komodo and Holiceo.

Loyalty and faith will be tested, war on a scale not seen in ten thousand years threatens to burn entire worlds, and mysterious Beings of immense power manipulate events behind the scenes.
