This remarkable novel is the basis for the world's greatest science-fiction movie. It is an unforgettable vision of the 21st century and the awe-inspiring city of the future. Metropolis has been compared to such classics as George Orwell's 1984, H. G. Wells' The Time Machine, Samuel Butler's Erewhon, and Karel Capek's R.U.R. Science fiction writer and editor Forrest J Ackerman called it "a work of genius".

Story
About Time offers a delightful return to the world of time travel and light comedy that distinguished Jack Finney’s all-time classic Time and Again. The protagonists of these 12 stories are well-meaning but at odds with their surroundings and their lives. The time to which they escape - through time travel - doesn’t always fulfill their expectations in the way they had hoped, but sometimes, they can still find their dreams.

Ultimate full immersion version of Body Snatchers
Tabori's narration of Finney's Sci-Fi classic is so freshly told, I had a 6 hr 39 min bed-in, stopping only for lunch; until I had heard the totally unexpected ending. (Loved this ending!)
Finney's vivid description of Mill Valley stirred childhood memories of being an outdoors kid, existing with the changing seasons of nature. It made me remember what I had lost when I succumbed to the easy temptations of indoor life and the Internet.
Listen to Finney's classic and remember what life was like before you were Body Snatched. Then go for a long walk, eat some fruit and plan your escape. Good luck!
