We actually feel others' emotions, energy, and physical symptoms in our own bodies, without the usual defenses that most people have." Incredibly grateful for this amazing book!!
I am blown away by this book that not only describes all of my life's challenges, but also provides some great insights. I feel understood and celebrated for the first time - possibly in this lifetime!... So liberating. Although I currently have a fulfilling career and an enviable lifestyle, life can be incredibly difficult on this path. I have felt my whole existence that there is something innately wrong with me and that no one understands the struggle of feeling and caring so deeply. I am constantly torn between free expression and filtering... Thank you, incredibly grateful...

Rigorous & shockingly accurate
Get this book if you relate!
If you’re a deep thinker, I’d suggest checking it out on the off chance you’re a highly sensitive intense person. I was truly humbled by this book when in the first 3 minutes it described me, my isolation as a unique thinker and my overwhelming determination to be a good person. But the details are eerily similar to my life. Until I read this book I felt lost and alone, looking to people like Greta Thornburg or Elon Musk to understand if there was anyone else like me. I don’t know if they are, but this book knows me as well as my psychologist. Very spooky and truly invaluable!
