In this audiobook, Rachel Reed demonstrates how childbirth can be reclaimed to center women and support birth physiology.

Way too much repetitive
The content is greet and super helpful, informative for many new mums and mums to be. However it could be done in few chapters instead of having it being repeated over and over at each chapter.

I hated this book
I'm disappointed I waited too long to be able to return it. The idea of it sounds great but the author repeats herself a lot and offers very little aside from Western appropriation of practices she understands very little about.
