Publisher's Summary
Brought to you by Penguin.
Dive in to the feel-good rom-com of the year.
Josh has done everything right. It's New Year's Eve, and he and girlfriend, Jade, have their own pod on the London Eye. He's got the champagne and the truffles. The ring and the romance. And he's just popped the question.
Unfortunately, he gets it wrong.
So horribly wrong that by the time he's back on ground he's single, jobless and homeless. Realising he can't trust his own judgement, Josh decides to put his faith in fate. From now on every choice will be decided by the flip of a coin. It's reckless, scary, liberating and insanely wrong. But Josh has tried the right way and look where he ended up.
And maybe the girl of his dreams really is one flip of a coin away?

Loved it. Funny and romantic.
Good rom/com from male prospective (makes it all the more charming) which I thoroughly enjoyed. The main character was sweet, romantic, a bit dorky and not a billionaire in sight - far from it LOL. Such a refreshing character.
Narrator was perfect. I loved that he didn't do that stupid squeaky female voice some men do. He did a fantastic job.
Comedy or not intended, I rarely laugh or even giggle at the attempt. Not so for this gem. I laughed out loud and had to stop the recording to share the funny bits with my partner.
If you want a fun, sweet listen then this is it. 6 stars for making me laugh.

What fun!
This book was hilarious. These kind of “daft idiot down on their luck” can be quite frustrating but James Bailey really pulls it off. Josh decides to propose to his girlfriend on New Years Eve on the London Eye. She says no and a very awkward 30 minutes being trapped in a bubble follows. Josh then decides to let a coin make all his decisions as he clearly can’t be trusted. He then embarks on quite a year. Josh was an endearing cinnamon roll but I was alway rooting for him.
Jonathon Bailey was an excellent narrator as well. Lovely voice and performance, really captured the humour and lovableness of Josh!

Not for me
I don't like leaving a bad review but I found this a boring read.
