Taking the pressure off.
This book is helping me relax, rethink and reset. So many things I’ve been telling myself over many, many years are being challenged and explained. Helping me to let go of my overthinking of all food situations - offering me balanced information. I’m excited about visiting a bar and not just having soda water or tonic water or tap water….I’m going to change up to Coke Zero - just for fun…..thank yourself 😃
