On his last combat deployment, Lt. Cmdr. James Reece's entire team was killed in an ambush that also claimed the lives of the aircrew sent in to rescue them. But when those dearest to him are murdered on the day of his homecoming, Reece discovers that this was not an act of war by a foreign enemy but a conspiracy that runs to the highest levels of government. Make America Great Again!

Publisher's Summary
The target is royal. The game is revenge. Gabriel Allon returns in this summer's hottest thriller, from #1 New York Times bestselling author Daniel Silva.
She is an iconic member of the British Royal Family, beloved for her beauty and charitable works, resented by her former husband and his mother, the Queen of England. When a bomb explodes aboard her holiday yacht, British intelligence turns to one man to track down her killer: legendary spy and assassin Gabriel Allon.
Gabriel's target is Eamon Quinn, a master bomb maker and mercenary of death who sells his services to the highest bidder. Fortunately Gabriel does not pursue him alone; at his side is Christopher Keller, a British commando turned professional assassin who knows Quinn's murderous handiwork all too well.
And though Gabriel does not realize it, he is stalking an old enemy—a cabal of evil that wants nothing more than to see him dead. Gabriel will find it necessary to oblige them, for when a man is out for vengeance, death has its distinct advantages...
Praise for Daniel Silva:
"Daniel Silva has few rivals in the realm of the big blockbuster spy story." The Age
"In erudition, action and temperament, Silva has made Allon the modern-day covert warrior extraordinaire." Kirkus Reviews
"Forget James Bond -- Gabriel Allon is the killer you'd want on your side." Australian Women's Weekly
"A world-class practitioner of spy fiction." Washington Post

A great story
Another great work by Mr Silva ,a gripping story spread over many countries and pretty much involving all the evil empires in the world
All delivered in that special way ,with the characteristic almost lackadaisical ,breathless presentation of George Guidall who all of us that are avid Allon followers have come To associate as the actual persona of The spy master
Silva presents the usual one liner ,cryptic humour and insights which we would expect from an artistic mossad killer with a conscious
Take my tip ….Never cross Gabrielle Allon
