loved it ! straight to the point ! simply put ! has had me motivated to get back into my daily routines not just mornings ! though I still have young children so not as consistent as I want at the moment.... but that's the season I'm in .highly recommend for anyone wanting some inspiration and motivation to get those routines into place .
