Simple & Enjoyable (for Intermediate learner)
I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. I personally have an upper intermediate level, but I started the intermediate version of the short stories in french audiobook and found it too difficult to follow, so I got the Beginners version. I could follow the plot quite easily, but still also learnt some words and phrases along the way. It does use simple vocabulary, and nothing too advanced, however you do still need to already have quite a large knowledge of french to be able to follow along with the audio. I imagine for ultimate beginners that just getting the audio will not be sufficient and probably will also require the hardcopy/eBook, because there will be a lot of words and tenses that are unknown. The book uses all the french tenses and modes.

Not for levels A1 and A2.
These stories are not for levels A1 and A2. You have to have at least knowledge of B1 levels. There is no PDF of actual story and you cannot listen to the story and follow the text. The PDF actually offers short summary of the story, vocabulary and a quiz. The stories have no title and are not separated, so it is difficult to go back to the beginning of the story, or find where you left off last time.
