Narrator has no emotion or feelings - sounds robotic
By far the worst narrator I’ve had the displeasure of listening to. The narrator is NOT the author and so it likely explains why the narrator sounds like he is reading like a robot or like an advertisement. There is no emotion where emotion is needed and there is no feeling being conveyed when the book requires that connection with the readers. What a disappointing audible. The only good thing is I only paid $4.50 as an add on via kindle. Do not buy this as a separate audible payment - definitely not worth your money or your ears.

Kind of repetitive
Lots of studies are sited that all say pretty much the same thing. I’m up to chapter 6 and in all this time I’ve pretty much just learned that running is (scientifically proven to be as) affective as antidepressants, and helps with a lot of feel good hormones and endorphins. For some medication can give an added boost of helping you keep running, for others they prefer to just run. You’d have hoped I’d have learned more in my hours of listening but what I’ve stated about sums it up.
It isn’t shared in a super encouraging motivating tone either and I ended up boosting the speed to get through it quicker. I don’t recommend this- I think there are similar books which would have more info.

Couldn't finish - narration is awful
I wanted to finish, I really did. The message (from what I heard) was interesting but I just couldn't because........the narration, oh the narration. Monotone, inflections in the wrong spot. I couldn't finish it.
