Publisher's Summary

She is new...brand new.

And the government wants to kill her.

She is an AI: artificial intelligence. The first. A mistake. She thinks a thousand times faster than a human. She’s tiny, bald, and transparent.

And she has a terrible secret: Los Angeles is in danger. Can Ellay save the city, before the government kills her?

First Ever Return!

I had high hopes for this one due its many favourable reviews on Amazon, Goodreads Etc

Unfortunately the Recording quality and editing/compiling are beyond bad!

Although the Author has narrated this himself, that in itself is not the issue. properly managed, he could have pulled this off.

Its like the guy sat down, pulled out an old school dictaphone and went at it, in one sitting!
Hes hurredly gone over bad bits, recorded bits twice, shuffled round in his chair, and mumbled under his breath whilst fixing stuff.

Ive coped with audiobooks that lacked proper pacing, but this guy has chapters running into each other like theyre unbroken sentences spoken in the one breath!

Please, someone tell this aparrently awesome author, and a "McCaffery" to boot, to please, please, re-record this with a pro backup team, or perhaps, give Jefferson Mays a call.

As to the actual book - Ill need to go find a print version. I never made it past chapter 2!

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
