And in that tree there is a tree house. And in that tree house there is a bowling alley, a see-through swimming pool, a tank full of sharks, a giant rope swing, a library full of comics, a secret underground laboratory, a vegetable vaporiser and a free marshmallow-dispensing machine.

Children’s classic not to be missed
If you haven’t read Dahl then start here. One of his best works. A clever critique of society whilst being a wonderfully entertaining story.

Wonderful rendition of a classic
I loved how this story was read aloud with expression and humour. The music between chapters too made this the best audiobook I’ve ever played ❤️🙂

An extraordinary story
Roald Dahl made my childhood and it is a great pleasure visiting his books again with my children. This is one of the best though much shorter than I recalled.

Love the characters
The songs are definitely good. The characters are silly and dotty. That's enough for now.
