Great but unexpectedly religious.
So there are a few references to this being religious in the description, I just checked, but I missed them. This book is great. Great ideas, very useful but the religious content is extreme. This would be an excellent book for a deeply religious person. I enjoyed it, but I was looking for the secular version of exactly this.

Worth it! Could change your life...
The content of this book is next level. Henry did a good job at narrating the book and what he is delivering is gold. I was able to stay focused but needed breaks due to the delivery. It felt like I was sitting in a lecture with a 70year old professor at times. I would prefer someone a bit younger to deliver it.
If you’re looking for a quick and cheery self help book, this isn’t it. However this is a great book and I will recommend it to everyone.
I’d recommend on audible as it can be quite heavy/ deep in parts and may be harder to read. I’d also recommend paper copy as you may want to sit/ ponder on certain parts also.
If you have a boundary problem then I definitely recommend this book. 🤯
